Maybe it was as a result of it was winter. Or possibly it was as a result of we’d not too long ago misplaced a valued worker because of our group being a little bit boring. Regardless of the rationale, I knew we would have liked a solution to make our office enjoyable.
I understood that I used to be risking dropping different staff and lowering productiveness if we didn’t inject some vitality and camaraderie into the workplace. As Stuart Brown, the creator of Play, places it, “when employees have the opportunity to play, they actually increase their productivity, engagement, and morale.”
That’s once I reached out to Kirsten Anderson, founder, and CEO of Integrate Play Solutions.
Kirsten’s first project for me was to maintain my eyes peeled for even the smallest alternatives to deliver playfulness to work and warranted me that the enjoyable would observe. The holidays had been arising, so my group and I made a decision to have a Deck the Walls get together.
